Pre-order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. These are out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products that are not yet in inventory. This policy explains how you can change or cancel this type of purchase.

When you place a pre-order, the full amount of your order is charged at the time of purchase. The estimated availability date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been shipped. In that case, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or through our contact page.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return the product in accordance with our returns policy, which details the conditions for returns and refunds.
